We are searching for energetic and experienced front of house staff to join our dynamic team

We are serious about organic food, and are looking for people who can be enthusiastic ambassadors of our philosophy. The restaurant offers a cosy and casual atmosphere without compromising on quality or sustainability.

At BÆST, our waiters aim to provide each restaurant guest with excellent service to ensure their dining experience is outstanding and memorable. We are on the lookout for someone who has the personality, passion and positivity to thrive in the role.

To succeed as a waiter at BÆST, you should have…

  • A sense of urgency

  • The ability to take initiative

  • Warm and friendly hospitality

  • A positive attitude

  • Ideally more than one year experience in the industry

Your role

  • Greeting and serving guests

  • Providing detailed information to guests about or menu, concept and values

  • Guiding guests through our extensive wine list

  • Making recommendations, answering questions and sharing our story with guests

  • Delivering and describing food and beverages to guests at the table

  • Going above and beyond to deliver world-class hospitality
